• Harm others: Harass, threaten, or harm individuals or groups
• Spam or abuse: Send unsolicited communications or overwhelm our systems
• Unauthorized access: Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or bypass security measures
• Commercial misuse: Resell, redistribute, or compete with our services
• False information: Upload content containing false or misleading information

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of videos and content you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content
• You represent that you have rights to upload and process all content
• We may delete content that violates these Terms

• Videos are automatically deleted after processing (unless saved)

• You can delete your account and data at any time

8. Service Availability and Performance

8.1 Service Level

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Processing times may vary based on video length and complexity
• We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance

8.2 Usage Limits

• Each plan has specific usage limits (videos per month, file size, etc.)
• Exceeding limits may result in service throttling or upgrade prompts
• Fair use policies apply to prevent abuse

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You may delete your account through account settings

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to pay subscription fees

• The amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• $100 if you haven't paid us anything

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HighlightHub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
